Organizations
Even if you have the most talented and skilled team working toward your organization’s goals, the quality of your communication can be either your limit or the “X-factor” that allows you to be even greater than the sum of your parts. When it comes to communication, organizations can run into two problems: having too many similar people or letting differences stall growth and creativity. The key to better communication is being able to welcome and leverage the differences on your team toward greater creativity.
There are many ways to go about bridging your current team toward greater creativity. But one of my favorite tools to begin is The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) and Whole Brain® Thinking Model. I am a Certified Practitioner and have been using this model with leaders, teams, and organizations for nearly a decade, not to mention its use in major corporations around the world.
Even if you’re not sure about the HBDI, we can work together toward better conversations among your leadership and teams to bridge the organization you have now toward greater creativity in the future.
