Faith & Spirituality
Faith & Spirituality
More and more people are finding themselves disillusioned, disoriented, and dry when it comes to familiar practices of religion and spirituality. At the same time, many of the same people desire something More and Real. Whether you are “deconstructing” a familiar faith, searching for something yet-unknown, or just looking for some direction to reinvigorate your spiritual journey, these are all about conversation: expression, listening, nurturing, and questioning. They are all moments of possibility, as long as we remain in the conversation.
Personally, I have been involved with a variety of Christian spiritual traditions throughout my life, and studied even more widely. I know what it is like to sense that your current faith ideas and spiritual practices are insufficient or empty. At the same time, I have found this to be a hopeful and fulfilling journey, where the encounter with Difference is often an encounter with the ultimate Other we call God, or Spirit. While I am rooted in a Christian spiritual tradition, I would be happy to meet you wherever you find yourself on this journey and help you build a bridge toward a new or renewed faith and spirituality.
